The hotel is located 3-5 minutes walk from the airport. I, with a large suitcase, walked quickly without any problems.
Friendly and polite staff at the reception.
A pleasant bonus was permission to stay at the hotel for an additional 2 hours without payment.
The room is clean and comfortable. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Good sound insulation.
There is a restaurant on the ground floor. The quality of the food is average, but if you are hungry, you can eat it. Next time I stay at this hotel, I will look for another restaurant.

The city of Istanbul offers a trip unlike any other, encompassing Asian and European cultures to create a heady mix of art, music and food. The amazing Old Town and the Sultanahmet are home to iconic Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sophia. More history is hidden in the Topkapi Palace, where you can glimpse the splendour and opulence of Turkey’s Ottoman heritage.
Take a stroll through the historic centre or the bustling Taksim Square before watching the sun set behind countless mosques and minarets. Local fish markets and numerous restaurants lining the bridge to Galata offer the Golden Horn’s daily catch.
If you prefer the fine art of bargaining to fine art, lose yourself in the Grand Bazar and maybe you’ll emerge with a hookah, some Turkish coffee, or even a carpet. The Spice Bazar further immerses you in the sights, smells, and tastes of Turkish culture.

A city with tons of history, heaps of character, and a deluge of tourists. Visited in May and everything was absolutely packed. Off the beaten path things are better and more authentic, but if you want to visit the highlights you need patience - and money, as ticket prices are somewhat high by most standards, unless you're Qatari, Emirati, or a Russian oligarch. Makes a stark contrast with things like the underground/metro, which are cheap, as they're designed with mainly the locals in mind (very efficient too).
Overall this is a bucket list-worthy trip to a unique city, but the number of tourists and the tourist-oriented prices found in many places detract from the experience.
Side notes:
Turning the Hagia Sophia from a museum into a mosque means that visitors can't access the ground floor, so you can't get a proper sense of the magnitude of the building. It also means that the first thing that strikes you when entering is the smell of feet. In fairness, I did visit just after the Friday prayer.
Attempts to accentuate the contributions of the Ottomans compared to those of previous civilisations ruling the city, range from amusing to cringe-worthy for a Greek (most egregious example probably being the Hagia Sophia History and Experience Museum).
Never went past so many metal detectors in my life, although checks are often formulaic. Police/security forces are present everywhere where a tourist would likely roam. Makes one feel fairly safe, at the cost of also adding a slight sense of oppression.

We aimed to explore the historic center, and from our hotel, everything was conveniently close by. Purchasing the e-pass allowed us to effortlessly visit all attractions, with everything perfectly arranged. Each tour provided by the e-pass was seamless, granting us direct access to museums and palaces. I was pleasantly surprised by how well everything was organized. Any questions we had were promptly answered through WhatsApp. If you didn't have a ticket, booking online was simple, and you'd receive the QR code instantly for entry.

Between the Istanbul of 7 years ago (when I was a few days as a tourist) and the Istanbul of today, there are not many connections. The city is more or less the same, but more crowded and more tired. People are tense and stressed even though they try to smile. Some of them. The others see in tourists only milking cows asking for tips with a lot of insensitivity (only in Barcelona have I seen such rude waiters). The prices are huge and unfortunately I can no longer recommend Istanbul unless you have a lot of money and you have nothing to do with it.
Avoid restaurants in tourist areas and in general everything that is a bit touristy. No matter how hard you try to escape unscathed... at some point you will be victims. Too bad for this beautiful city that bad politics and inflation have brought to such a state. Do you want a breath of fresh air? Go to the new neighborhoods, to the marginal ones, go to the beach with the people of Istanbul. Do you want to see Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque? Next time.

One of the world's most beautiful cities.
One of the world's most beautiful cities. The Rome of the East!! Beautiful cites, great food, good wine, etc... Unfortunately, it is overrun with tourists, like most touristy places in the world these days, but well worth visiting.
First of all, let me say that the hotel is in the very heart of Istanbul. From here, it is possible to walk to Taksim Square in just 10 minutes. If you come to Taksim, it can be said that Istanbul is yours. The hotel is in a perfect location. Breakfast is quite good. The employees are very good, especially ALI - we thank you very much, as Azerbaijanis. Thank you very much for your support. In short, anyone who wants to spend the night in an ideal place and walk around Istanbul can choose this place.
The location is best. Walking distance to isktaklal street, taksim square, galata tower, bus station and taxi stand is very near. Most ideal location to stay for tourist. Room was small but clean and fine for a couple. The guy on reception, Tainur was very friendly, cooperative, nice and knows perfect english. Not just help in hotel related stuff but also helped in every aspect such as day tours, taxi, restaurant recommendations & istanbul travel tips. Goes extra mile to fulfill customer needs.
Outstanding! The hotel is within walking distance from the centre, there are about ten rooms in total, in a neighbourhood very close to Taksim Square and Istklal street. I am a girl student and I came alone to visit Istanbul and look for an Erasmus flat while I was staying at Taksim Pandora Residence.
The owners are very helpful, any request was fulfilled in record time, the rooms were always clean and had everything I needed to stay comfortably, as in my case.
This property has almost everything one wants during travel. I stayed with my family for 04 nights. we were warmly welcomed and offered best hospitality possible. location is great. Just 02 minutes walk to Taksim Square. everything is nearby for daily life.
Hotel manager, Mehmet, is such a nice guy. He arranged a bosphorus cruise dinner trip and airport transfer at very good rate. He offered all kind of assistance wherever required. Highly recommend for stay.
In all of our many years of travelling, this is the best customer service we have ever experienced. The staff here are simply exceptional. The rooms are beautiful and big. The location is perfect. The breakfast is tasty and huge. The hotel organised laundry, an airport transfer and a Bosphorus cruise for us and it all went flawlessly. They also upgraded us free of charge. This was a perfect experience and we will stay here again on our next visit in Istanbul!
Interesting location if you look for the real Istanbul, but not the one neat touristic place near Istiklal street and Taksim square. But just in 5 minutes walk from the hotel you can get to the Grand Bazaar (Kapali Carshi) and the most significant mosques (Blue mosque Sultanahmet and Hagia Sophia) are just 20 minutes walk. Sometimes it might be dirty and smelly nearby, but it is normal for the area.
Tea and coffee are available 24/7 free of charge.
A great little hotel in Sultanahmet within 5 minutes walk Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque.
The hospitality of the staff is excellent, very friendly and attentive. They are happy to book your airport transfers and help with suggestions and bookings. Breakfast is excellent - a good selection of continental/Turkish style buffet, with a selection of cooked options. Would definitely stay again if we return to Istanbul.
Good location near airport and Mall of Istanbul.Convenient roads to center of city.Parking service in the hotel.
The room was large and clean and the bed very cosy .
The hammam and swimming pool area is very guiet and comfortable for family.
Our child also was delighted with the children's pool.
All hotel staff was very kind and friendly and made our stay very pleasant.
Special thanks to Emre,Birsen,Suat,Bahar.
The location is amazing, just near Taksim Square but far enough from the main traffic. The hotel is new, rooms are super clean, staff is beyond polite and helpful (special thanks to Manager Mr.Dogan), breakfast is nice, in front of the hotel you have a cafe, prices are really good for Istanbul which is getting more and more expensive so my overall impression is great and I can't wait to come back :)
The hotel was great.
Just 5 mins walk to Taksim square
The breakfast spread was pretty good, quite a number of options for vegetarians too.
The staff is fab, very warm, friendly and always at your service. Special shout out to Yunus and Ozcan for lending the Istanbulcart, it came handy to us.
Rooms are big, spacious and clean
the location is one of the best, as I’m visiting Istanbul regularly over 10 years, this hotel has the best location, close to everything,
few steps from the airport bus station, and Taksim square, then Istklal St.
calm area, clean, multi shops around you,
excellent, polite and supportive staff.
Hotel near airport transfer is not free but make your trip easy hotel is clean staff was good location near İstanbul airport what you want you can find in hotel for me importent comfort bed near İstanbul airport And clean with fast Wi-Fi i use transfer
I would say it is the most comfortable place among the places I have stayed in Istanbul. It is very close to Taksim square, from there it is convenient to go anywhere. The hotel managers are very caring, always interested and help in whatever you need.
Excellent hotel near Istanbul Airport. Clean hotel, all the amenities available. Friendly staff. Very new rooms. Great view. I really recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to stay near airport. They also arrange airport transfer with big van.
The personnel was very helpful, they try their best to help, they even gave us an istanbulkart for our stay. The hotel is newly renovated and two minutes away from taksim square and it's generally busy and you don't feel unsafe generally.
The best bed I slept in istanbul. spent nights at different supposed 5 star hotels, only this had a decent bed to sleep in. others their bed was too soft. supermarket was right behind and close to wide variety of restaurants
It is one of the best 3 star hotels in istanbul, I liked everything: location, cleanliness, hygiene, services, and employees. Thanks Mr Dawood for your kindness and help.
Definitely, I will come back to this hotel.
Location of the hotel was walking distance from Taksim Square and Osmanbey.
Staff were so nice and this is a big difference in a multicultural destination like Istanbul.
The room had ac.
The breakfast was top.
